I have had Fitbit One for years but in the middle of the day it quit syncing, now it will not connect Bluetooth to iPhone X or MacPro. I have uninstalled on both the iPhone X and MacPro and I did a reinstall but I keep getting Bluetooth failure. Both the iPhone X and the MacPro see the Fitbit One but they fail to connect. Please help

I appreciate you have brought this to my attention and for letting me know you have already tried troubleshooting steps. Please note that your Fitbit one will sync directly through the Bluetooth settings on your phone, but through the Fitbit app. With that said, I would like to suggest you the following steps:
If your device still won't sync, try these steps:
