Hi - so I have been obsessed with the new hourly 250+ step tracking...but since Monday it is not tracking correctly. I can watch my steps go up the 250 steps sync and it shows the red dot next to the hour I got them in. But then if I leave the app and sync later my steps aren't counted for the previous hour and it shows that I missed it...what's going on??

It's great to see you around @JLa395. If your steps are not being accurate, I recommend Restarting your Surge and test your tracker during the day. If the number of steps are not matching with your app and tracker, feel free to contact our Support Team since they are the ones with the proper system to see the information that your tracker is registering. For a faster solution you can contact them via phone or chat.
Let me know the outcome.

Thank you for the reply but my issue isn't with the step count not being accurate. It is with the new hourly activity not being correct. For example this morning I got my 250+ steps in the 8am hour. It showed up red on the hourly activity scale. Then when I synced at 9:15 it shows that I didn't get my 250 steps in at 8am. That's my issue...it will show up yes at one time and then when I sync later it goes away.

I am having an issue with the 250+ steps per hour. It doesn't count them. This morning I had 954 steps from 8:00a.m. to 9a.m. The steps showed on my tracker and my app for total steps but it didn't log them for the 250+ steps. My app says I have been inactive for the last 4 hours although it shows on the tracker and the app that I have taken 3039 steps so far today. Yestersday it skipped hours for this setting. Today it just doesn't even show any movement. This is very frustrating since I am making a consciencious effort to be more active throughout the day.

@redhead52 From what I read, this is an issue (Since 4/26) that is known about and being worked on.
No further updates from them yet........

Welcome back @JLa395 and welcome to the Community @redhead52! @Kmransom123 Thanks for stopping by and sharing this link with us. As @Kmransom123 mentioned this is an issue in which our team is hard working, I recommend checking The Thread that @DerrickS created for any update.
Keep the stepping up!

Did you get an answer for this as I'm having the same issue. Bought Fitbit yesterday and it's registering steps and exercise but even though I've done swimming and nearly 3,000 steps I've been inactive according to the hourly activity.

I have the same issue. I tried restarting my iphone, restalling the fitbit app.
I usually sleep from 7am-9pm. On my phone it shows 6-7.

I even tried turning on and off the Bluetooth on my cell phone.
Is there any solutions to make my 250+ steps per hours from 7am to 8pm?

Same problem. Has there been a fix for this?
