Since upgrade to the new dashboard, whenever I select ANYTHING eg Track your exercise, sleep, active hours(5 out if 10) discover community it brings up OKOK International app instead.  I did not have them synced.  I synced and I synced.  Turned my phone in and off - today updated it.  Still it does the same.  I can’t get ANYTHitger than the OKOK app.  Which I’ve had to uninstall so I can actually get to my own stats on the Fitbit app.  Ridiculous absolutely z.

I cant find where my ahallenges are from others either.?

Yes I understand what you are saying but for ages and ages I didn’t have an issue, only when it popped up about update Fitbit - Something about a trial for the new Fitbit app and you can’t downgrade it. I thought it’d be ok but obviously not. I did want them to talk to each other so I could have my weight etc updated by the scales but you expect to be able to use the app fully at all times.

Has this issue been resolved.  I am encountering the same thing?

I totally agree!  It's sad that I have to use my iPad to see the stats for FitBit because the FitBit app calls the OKOK app every time you try and choose any option of than just looking at the "Today" screen.  As far as I'm concerned, the FitBit app went from a 5 to a 0 when they reformatted the program. The last update they pushed out on August 8th did nothing to correct the problem.

Same issue here! Kinda frustrating. Hopefully Fitbit could solve this.

I’d also like to add that since this has been happening my Blaze no longer tracks my sleep- which is the main reason I bought it. Time for an Apple Watch!

Don't get me wrong. While I think the current version of the app is "lacking", I LOVE the FitBit products. I started out with the FitBit One (Yeah, I'm old) and wore out three cases before the battery charge started lasting less than 24 hours.  Currently use a Charge 2, and I love it.

Mine is working now.  Not sure why.  My iPhone has updated to 12.4.  My Fitbit is 3.4.

However, my Ionic broke and I received a replacement.  I delinks my old Fitbit and re-linked my new one and now it’s ok.

I don’t know whether the iPhone update or the de-linking the Fitbit and then re-linking it may work.  Worth a go. You won’t lose any data as long as you’ve synced your Fitbit just before you do it as it’ll upload to the Fitbit account.  So go into Fitbit app and select your Fitbit.  Delete and then re-add.

If anyone tries it ket it let me know.

I removed OKOK & thankfully now have sleep stats & manual weight recording back.

Fitbit lack of support for this issue disappointing 😔

Have you tried my suggestion? Make sure you’ve logged in to OKOK as you would

do.  Then remove your Fitbit device from your Fitbit app then re-add it.

That’s great.  Fingers crossed we may have found a solution, albeit my accident but a solution is a solution.
