Hi Fitbit,
I received my Fitbit Charge 4 in December of 2020. When making a first purchase of the day using the Fitbit Pay feature, the notification on my iphone (and Fitbit Charge 4) shows correctly. However, when I make a second purchase that day the notification that comes through shows the last purchase again (and not the current purchase). This has also occurred after a day has passed (i.e. notifying of the last purchase and not the current purchase).
Asking for the Fitbit Moderator or Customer Service to respond to this post to help resolve. It expect the the App may need some tweaking.

Thank you for sharing the details of the issue you’re experiencing. I recommend restarting your tracker: How do I restart my Fitbit device? Please also check if deleting the notification on your device or on your phone helps.
