Notifications not consistent on Charge 4

Hi Fitbit,

 

I received my Fitbit Charge 4 in December of 2020.  I am experiencing where notifications may stop from time to time and require a open close of the Fitbit App (on iphone) and re-synch in order for them to work.  On occasion it requires a reboot of the phone and fresh start of the Fitbit App.  Ofcourse I am not aware that I am not receiving notifications until a long time has passed and I start wondering if I should have received some notifications and then after looking at my phone I realize there is an issue.  My phone is kept in close and always in the same proximity (so that is not the issue).

 

Asking for a moderator or Fitbit Customer Service to respond to this post and help.  It seems the App may need some tweaking.
