Fitbit Retroactively Took Away My Streak Banner; How Do I Get It Back?

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.
I had a 38-day goal streak going and was getting motivating banners on my app (example pictured).

I joined the "Get Active” program, which assigned a higher step goal going forward, which is fine.

However, today I see FB also retroactively took away all the previous days I have met my goal (green stars on the Steps page - example pictured), and my Streak Banner is gone as well.  I met my regular goal yesterday, but I didn’t notice that the banner had disappeared.

How do I get my Streak Banner and “green stars” back?   Deleting the activity program and resetting my Steps goal on the Daily Activity screen did not work.

Thanks in advance, because I really need the motivation!

PS:  Everything is up-to-date: latest version of iOS FB app, 3.4.1; Charge 4, firmware up to date; iPhone 12, iOS 14.4.2.

@DotᚖMac   Unfortunately, changing any goal has always affected your previous achievements.  Changing a goal doesn't change things going forward.  I don't think there is a way to recover that previous step streak.  Sorry.
