Hi! I just got a new Fitbit Charge HR and I'm trying to run the set up on my iphone 6s Plus but when I hold the button down for three seconds it only starts the timer no matter how many times I try it. What am I doing wrong? Thanks for any help!

I believe what is happening is that when they instruct you to press the button, it is to turn it on. If you're getting the stopwatch, then it's already on. If the display is still blinking, then press and hold to stop it and continue with the setup.
I hope this helps.

Hello and welcome to the forums @rachelgeorgia
When you press on the button, be sure to hit it more dead center than off to the side. The times it's started the timer for me is when I pressed the button more to the end and not the middle.
Give it a try and let us know how things go for you.
