Hi, i have tried all possible solutions available on net to connect my versa to the wifi network.

eg.

have restarted my versa

have restared my phone

have re downloaded the app

have updated the versa via bluetooth

kept versa on charging while connecting

unpaired and repaired

etc.

versa shows the wifi signal lines as if it is trying to connect but within a minute it shows a red cross. in the app it says sometimes cant find device, other times cant connect and strangely sometimes it says incorrect password for the correct password also.

can you please help

thanks.

Kirti

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @MintKK.

I am sorry to hear your Fitbit Versa is not connecting to the WiFi network. Thanks for trying to resolve this, I appreciate the additional details and I am here to help. Even though you've tried some steps before, please give one last try to the following:

  1. Remove your Fitbit and any other device from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Turn off other Bluetooth connections that are nearby.
  3. Verify if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version. See this link.
  4. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  5. Reboot your phone and restart your Fitbit with the steps from this help article.
  6. Open the Fitbit app, tap on your profile picture > Set Up a Device.
  7. Choose your Fitbit from the list and follow the onscreen instructions.

For complete troubleshooting instructions, see Why won't my Fitbit watch connect to Wi-Fi?

Keep me posted on the outcome. I'll be around if you have any questions.
