Fitbit Versa not syncing to app

Phone, app, and watch were all updated to try to resolve the issue, disconnected blue tooth, restarted watch, turned on and off pairing and watch is still not syncing. Button does nothing when you try to click on sync now in the app and none of today’s stats are correct. I had to manually change the time on my phone and app because I moved time zones on a ship overnight. Not sure if that messed it up but I can’t fix it

Let me help you with your Versa not syncing with your phone and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Please try the following instructions:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • You can find additional suggestions here.
