Fitbit Versa syncing problem

Hi. 
I have a Fitbit Versa & there is a problem with it syncing to my phone. The time keeps changing on the watch & when I go on the app, it says the watch cannot sync & the status is ‘looking’.
When I go on my Bluetooth, I cannot pair the watch either. 
I have tried all the steps suggested my Fitbit like: switching my watch off, deleting & reinstalling the app & restating my phone. Nothing is working. 
Could someone help please, thanks.

It is compatible. I have an iPhone X. The watch used to connect perfectly fine & used to work the way it should but now it won’t sync with the app or with Bluetooth. 
The time keeps on changing & all the data from the watch (steps, heart bpm etc) won’t sync to the app either.
