Same problem here. White screen at startup.
I see that the solution is to delete and reinstall the app. What about my 4 years of data. Will it be all gone? I’m using it very actively and register everything. I don’t want to loose it.

Hi there,
There was an auto-install of the latest version of the Fitbit App (3.32.1) on my iphone 5s (IOS 12.4.8), but when I try to open up the app (on my phone) it just hangs - is there a known problem with this latest version of the Fitbit App?

Hi @TheDaveBit I would suggest you uninstall the app, restart your phone and then reinstall the app. Hopefully that will fix your issue.

Hello @BigMic and welcome to the Help forums. I have had a similar issue in the past when the app auto-installs, although not with 3.32.1. I have had good luck with this routine:
Laurie | Maryland
Sense 2, Luxe, Aria 2 | iOS | Mac OS
Take a look at the Fitbit help site for further assistance and information.

I have exactly the same issue Fitbit please fix this major bug as we are unable to get to our app dashboard. iPhone 6 will NOT update past iOS 12.4.8. If this version of the app does not support iOS 12, please restore us to the earlier version

I've kind of fixed this I deleted the app and reinstalled it! But realistically who wants an app with no bugs to update it for it then to be buggy!
