My iOS app crashes when trying to view my map in my activity tracker. My iOS is up to date, my Fitbit app is up to date. I restarted my phone, no luck. I off loaded the app, no luck, I deleted the app then reinstalled, no luck. Only seemed to happen with either the new iOS update or Fitbit update.

Exact same thing is happening to me. I also tried everything. Pretty sure it coincides with the latest Fitbit update. I was hoping they’d notice quickly and issue another update but it’s been several days now. Glad to see I’m not the only one.

@BecacT @Cybrix , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message and efforts.
Does this happen only when trying to review the map on any specific activity or by all?
Have you noticed if the app crashes when trying to do anything else?
Could you please provide us with the phone model and the OS version it has installed? ( iPhone 15, iOS 18.1, iPhone 16 iOS 18.2.1, etc)
In the meantime, please log out from the Fitbit app.
Uninstall the Fitbit app.
Restart your phone (off/on).
Reinstall the Fitbit app.
Log in into the app.
Try to check any map of any activity.

This happens when reviewing any mapped activity. This is the only thing currently causing the app to crash. Previously (a few weeks ago) I was having issues with many pages failing to load on the app and that was solved by uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Then everything was working fine until the app updated a week ago.
I am using an iPhone 14 with iOS 18.6.2 and a Charge 5 Fitbit.
I tried the logout/uninstall/reboot/reinstall again and nothing has changed. Still crashing.

Exactly the same for me - have tried restarting uninstalling and updating everything but the app still crashed every time I try to open my run details

Randomly my Fitbit app is no longer showing Laps in the Run summary (where it shows you each km’s pace) or the route map at the top of the summary. It was working on Monday & has since changed & none of my subsequent runs are showing lap pacing - I haven’t changed any settings on the app or Fitbit.
My app also keeps crashing when I go on the run summaries too.

I started having the same issue yesterday (Sept 10). The iOS app crashes when I try to open any activity (including previous activities that I have viewed) that was tracked on my Sense 2 - walk, run or hike, all GPS mapped. The activity starts to open then the app crashes and I have to restart. I have uninstalled/reinstalled the app and still have the same problem.
Any other activity opens, no problem.
