Issue accessing workouts on app

Having problems accessing workout details.  Have tried reinstalling the app, restarting my phone and restarting my watch but the issue persists.  The app closes when I try and see details.  Help!

@Dsmolloy   Please try deleting, then reinstalling the app.  If that doesn't help, do you use an Android or iPhone?  App issues are usually limited to one platform.

Does this happen only when trying to review a specific activity, open the map on any specific activity or by all?

Have you noticed if the app crashes when trying to do anything else?

Could you please provide us with the phone model and the OS version it has installed? ( iPhone 15, iOS 18.1, iPhone 16 iOS 18.2.1, etc) 

In the meantime, please log out from the Fitbit app.
Uninstall the Fitbit app. 
Restart your phone (off/on).
Reinstall the Fitbit app. 
Log in into the app. 
Try to check any map of any activity.

Thank you for replying! It is happening for interval workouts only. I
have followed the steps you noted and also completed a factory reset on my
watch but it is still a problem and yes the app shuts down. A big problem
for me as I am using interval workouts to train for a half marathon and
monitoring my workouts is an important part of my training plan.

I started having the same issue yesterday (Sept 10). The iOS app crashes when I try to open any activity (including previous activities that I have viewed) that was tracked on my Sense 2 - walk, run or hike, all GPS mapped.  The activity starts to open then the app crashes and I have to restart.  I have uninstalled/reinstalled the app and still have the same problem.

If so and the issue still persists, could you please share the phone model and the OS version it has installed? ( iPhone 15, iOS 18.1, iPhone 16 iOS 18.2.1, etc) .

Yes, I’ve gone through all of the usual troubleshooting that is always the first ‘solution’. 

iPhone15,  iOS 18.6.2

Fitbit App Version 4.51
Fitbit Sense2  Version 20001.214.24

Hi, I have and iPhone 14 and the operating system is iOS 18.6.2 and yes I followed the instructions and still have an issue

I have the same problem. Started happening after the 4.51 update. Anything that uses gps to track timed runs, walks, etc crashes when I try to review exercise data for a specific run, walk, hike. I have iPhone 14 Pro, IOS 18.6.2, Fitbit app version 4.51, Fitbit charge 6. And yes, I have done all of the usual things to get it to work, and it still keeps crashing.

Our team informed me that the issue should be solved by now. Please make sure that you have installed the latest Fitbit app update ( 4.51.1)
