Hi everyone,
I'm facing an issue with the Fitbit app on my iPhone 16 Pro Max. For the past few days, the app continues to update my data (like heart rate, steps, and zone minutes) but is no longer responsive to any taps or clicks. I can't interact with the app at all. Despite the data updating, I can't navigate or select anything in the app.
I have already tried:
Force closing the app and reopening it
None of these have worked and the issue surprisingly persists.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? If so, how did you resolve it? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

@HadrianCarlo I moved your post to the iOS app forum, a better fit for your issue. I don't use that model and I don't have your issue. When I have significant issues, I do things in a specific order:
If this doesn't help, you can contact Support for more help.

Thank you Laurie! I did the same as your order of things, and it still hasn't helped. So I'll give Support a call! Thanks for your support!

Same problem here. I can’t simply tap the (rather limited) mood button and log a mood. I have to continually tap until it registers. Also happened with logging the end of a meditation. I tried to tap “log this session” and nothing happened and wouldn’t return to the home page. I finally logged out and logged back in, only to find that it registered the meditation about a dozen times. This app is very frustrating.
