I updated to the new app version 3.1 last week. I’m running iOS 12.3.2 on my phone. Whenever I click on anything to view or add new data (sleep, weight, female data), the app briefly shows a picture of what looks like a red apple and then crashes (closes out). I’ve tried restarting my phone, deleting and reinstalling the app....all to no avail. Any suggestions?

I have the same problem on iPhone 7 with beta version 13.0. Already tried everything. It worked well before with this beta version

Hi @Hsaw. Welcome on board! I'm sorry for my delayed response.
Thanks for sharing that you have the same issue on your phone, as well for the information provided. If you've not done so, please verify if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version. Please note that it's expected to have an unusual behavior when using a beta OS version. Our team will keep working to ensure that the Fitbit app is fully compatible with iOS 13.
See you around.
