One-time alarm stays as a recurring alarm

Reported this before: if I set a one-time alarm on my flex2 with the latest app, it stays as a recurring alarm. Only realize that when I’m woken up unexpectedly at 4 am the next day. Please fix this. It’s ridiculous.

Seems odd that you're experiencing this situation, I appreciate your patience. To better assist you, can you please let me know which iOS mobile device you're using? Also, when was the first time you experienced this and how many times since then? If you haven't already done so, in the meantime I receive your answers, I recommend you to try the following troubleshooting steps:

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device 
  3. Make sure that the iOS version is up to date
  4. Reboot your mobile device
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit device
  6. Restart your Flex 2
  7. Try again
