After the last few days of app failure on my iPhone, it's back working again but everything is not well. My recording of 250+ steps per hour is not working. It throws me out of the app when pressed...?
Also, the app used to record in real time the total number of steps and km's in addition to individually on the front screen. It doesn't do this now?
Has anyone else noticed this?

It’s still happening… as per my previous comment… iPhone 12 with most up
to date ISO,app version ahd software on Fitbit device. Have rebooted all devices, have deleted and reinstalled app. It’s the usual help desk response… turn off and on again …, but no real help on here to resolve. Is this the right place to get help? Seems pointless.

so i reported this issue over a week ago on another thread, was then asked to give various details of versions, phone systems etc, submitted those details and then a fw days later asked if the problem is still happening... is anyone from Fitbit actually working to fix this?
I have submitted the relevant details, I have done the usual reboot etc and its still crashing... WHEN WILL THIS BE FIXED?

Hi everyone.
As you may know, I moved your posts to this new thread since this is a new issue experienced with the iOS app when checking the Hourly Activity tile.
Thanks for confirming the issue persists on your end, as well as your efforts. Let me share with you that this issue has been escalated to our team and they're working to get it fixed as soon as possible. In the meantime, I'd recommend going to your online dashboard to check your Hourly Activity.
I'm sorry for this inconvenience and rest assured I'll update this thread as soon as I have more information.

Mine keeps crashing and it’s a brand new replacement of my older Fitbit when I check hours with 250+ steps.

Hi everyone, and welcome to our new members.
Thanks for your continued reports. For the ones still having this issue, let me recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app as last resort. Then reboot your phone and try checking the Hourly Activity one more time to see how it goes.
@Orchids51 Thanks for the update, I'm glad the Fitbit app is working well on your iPhone.

Every time I tap on the hours moved on the app it just closes it down. I’ve reloaded the app and it’s still not working. Any ideas welcome Thank you.

Hi everyone, it's good to see you around.
@RHVermont and @Ccbwc Thanks for the update. I'm glad this got sorted out and I hope you can keep crashing your goals!
@TrackingObsessd and @jenhx I'm sorry the issue persists on your end, and thanks for the details. Just to confirm, have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app? If not, please give it a try, reboot your phone and attempt opening the Hourly Activity tile.
