Fitbit app version 3.29 crashing after update. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling also tried restaring phone. Iphone 11 pro

I am sorry to hear the Fitbit app is crashing after updating to 3.29. Thanks for trying to resolve this, I appreciate the additional details and I am here to help. Please try the following steps one more time in the given order:

 

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  3. Reboot your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account.

Additionally, I recommend checking if your Fitbit device is updated to the latest version as updates come with new features and bug fixes: How do I update my Fitbit device?
