I’m running the latest rev of the Fitbit app 3.39 on my iPad 6th Gen. I use it to sync my Fitbit Flex. It’s worked well for several years...until yesterday. I can pull down on the app’s Home Screen and it says it is syncing successfully. But, when I go to the Account page and then tap on the Flex device, the app crashes, completely shutting down. At other times, the app will indicate that it is “Looking” endlessly for the Flex.
As I said this just started yesterday on my iPad. (I can sync successfully with the same Flex from my iPhone Xs.)
I have rebooted my iPad. I have deleted and reinstalled the Fitbit app. I have done both multiple times. I have verified that Bluetooth is working on my iPad. Nothing fixes the problem.
Any help would be gratefully accepted! The Flex is my alarm clock—I rely on it to wake me up every day!

ipad air 4, ios 14.4. ipad cannot find my Charge HR in bluetooth settings. App crashes when clicking on “CHARGE HR” in Accounts in the App. App sys “looking” in “Charge HR”. Same problem with App on original ipad air and ios 12.5.1 except that bluetooth connection is OK and sync still works.
