Fitbit app is not opening on my iphone 7. App is updated to version 3.6.1. When I open the app, screen turns out white & then comes back to my phone screen. Tried s/off my phone & Bluetooth. Please help. Thanks!

I would first try completely deleting the Fitbit App from your device. Then force shut your device by swiping up. Then completely sign out the back on to your device and once it loads download the Fitbit App from the App Store. (Before you do this please make sure your device is compatible with the new update. You can check your compatibility here: https://www.fitbit.com/devices )
😃 Please let me know if reinstalling the Fitbit app is an acceptable solution

Sorry @Vaans but you can't. Fitbit say:
"After you switch to the new app experience, you can no longer access the old Fitbit app design"
