Fitbit app does not show/open in Apple Store (iPad mini)

The Fitbit app does not show in the Apple Store for my iPad mini (even when selecting iPhone only apps). I tried opening the app through the Fitbit website and it redirects to a page full of code on the apple website, not the Apple Store. Please resolve!
