Hi,

unfortunately, no restart ( over 6 times) or manual synching managed to solve the issue.

Hello @MariosPap and @Sarah_B78, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board!

@Sarah_B78, thank you for you insight about this situation, I really appreciate it.

@MariosPap, currently the Fitbit app is not able to sync with the Apple Health one, are you currently using a Fitbit tracker or have you set up MobileTrack? If you're using MobileTrack, please note that in order for the data (steps, calories burned, distance) to sync, you will need to open the app at least once a day. If the data is not syncing, please try the following:

  • Force-close the app by double tapping the home button and swiping up the app.
  • Log out from your account in the Fitbit app, restart your phone and log back in.

In case this doesn't seem to do the trick, please remove MobileTrack and set it up once again:

  1. In the Fitbit app go to Account > MobileTrack and select Remove From Account.
  2. Force-close the app
  3. Then go back to Account and tap on Set Up a New Device, select MobileTrack and follow the onscreen instructions to continue.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else! Smiley Wink
