Fitbit app doesn’t recognize my Flex2

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have iPhone XS Max, updated to iso 13.1.3. My flex 2 was not syncing with the app. I removed my device from the app but cannot reinstall it. I have restarted the flex2, signed out and back in to my account, deleted my app and reinstalled it. All I get when I try setting up my flex2 is “we have found your tracker” at the top of the page and “connecting to your tracker” at the bottom. That page just spins and the process doesn’t continue. I am able to hop over to my Bluetooth settings and see the flex2 is connected but when I go back to the Fitbit app the page is still spinning. So when I back out the flex2 is no longer connected.

Hello and welcome to the Fitbit Community @dlmmason

Hopefully I can help. Let’s try just logging out of the Fitbit App and force stop the app by swiping it up. Now turn off your Bluetooth and then back on again. Once you see your Flex 2 is indeed connected go back to the Fitbit app and try again. If that doesn’t work try restarting your Flex 2 a couple of times. Instructions on how to restart your tracker here: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186

😃 please let me know if this helps answer your question and resolves your issue. Keep me posted

I have exactly the same issue mentioned above. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it several times. I have turned off my phone and turned off my Bluetooth. I have done a soft reset of my charge 3 several times. As far as I can get on the connection is connecting to the tracker and then it spins and spins and spins. Help!
