Hi there @Helenbornholdt.
Thanks for the details shared on your post. I'm very sorry for the experience. Please note that any feedback posted in the forums is always welcome as it helps to improve our products, services and overall environment. As you may know, now it's required to have an iPhone or iPad running iOS 13 or higher to install the Fitbit app. I'd recommend checking this link which describes the compatibility requirements with the Fitbit app. I appreciate your feedback and our team will keep working to make Fitbit more useful for you.
See you around.

@Helenbornholdt You wrote iPhone 6x in your thread and it looks like the moderator changed your title to iPhone 6s. I use an iPhone 6s and it is fully supported. If you use an iPhone 6 or 6 Plus and can't update your iOS to 13, you need to seriously think about replacing your phone ASAP. Apple had a security breach an issued an iOS update. If your iOS is 12.4.7, your phone isn't supported and you won't get this important security update.
