I have an Inspire HR that is synced with peloton and MFP. I noticed today that when I went to manually add an exercise in the app (peloton had crashed halfway through a ride and only registered the first 40 seconds...), the app freezes and then eventually crash-closes. I have the latest version of both iOS and the app.
I was eventually able to add the exercise via the PC Fitbit dashboard and it synced to my app. But would like to make sure I’ll be able to add exercises manually from the app in the future.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Kristii.
I am sorry to hear that the app freezes when you try to manually log your exercise. Thanks for trying to resolve this, I appreciate the additional details and I am here to help. I am glad to hear you were able to log the exercise via the fitbit.com dashboard. I recommend doing the following to avoid this issue in the future:
- Log out from the Fitbit app.
- Confirm that the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version. For instructions, see this help article.
- Force quit the Fitbit app.
- Reboot your phone.
- Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account.
- Try to log your exercise:
If the issue persists, you can try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Please sync your device before that to avoid any data loss.
Let me know how it goes. I'll be around if you have any questions.
