every time I open the menstrual tracker and press the edit button to change the dates of my period, the app freezes and I can’t do anything. Can’t edit, save, cancel, or delete. It freezes up.
I’ve already turned the period predictor off, I’ve try shutting down and restarting my phone. I’m not sure what else to do. This started happening last month and is extremely frustrating.
Charge 5 is up to date, iOS user.

Thanks for the details and steps tried prior to posting. I'm sorry for this inconvenience and just to confirm, does the same happen when updating other stats such as your exercise or sleep? What is the model and OS version of your phone?
