Fitbit app freezes when I try to update period

every time I open the menstrual tracker and press the edit button to change the dates of my period, the app freezes and I can’t do anything. Can’t edit, save, cancel, or delete. It freezes up. 

I’ve already turned the period predictor off, I’ve try shutting down and restarting my phone. I’m not sure what else to do. This started happening last month and is extremely frustrating. 

Charge 5 is up to date, iOS user.

Thanks for the details and steps tried prior to posting. I'm sorry for this inconvenience and just to confirm, does the same happen when updating other stats such as your exercise or sleep? What is the model and OS version of your phone?

I understand you've tried troubleshooting the Fitbit app, but please give a try to the following:

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Check if the Fitbit app is updated.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  5. Pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
  6. Tap the Menstrual Health Tracking tile and try adjusting your details one more time.
