Fitbit app hangs after comming back...

When the Fitbit app is running and my iphone has gone to sleep, i have problems with unlocking my iphone via touch-id. I get a black screen can do anything but pressing the power button and retry to unlock my iphone via the touch-id.

Welcome to our Community @nan0tEch! Thanks for joining us! Smiley HappyMmmm this is really weird my friend, I'd suggest you try the following:

 

1. Double tap the home button on your iOS device. Your open apps will show on your device's screen.
2. Close the Fitbit app by swiping the app image in an upward motion.
3. Reopen the Fitbit app.

 

After doing the above, please restart your phone.
