My Fitbit app has vanished from my iPhone. I can’t find any useful information.

I don't understand. Vanished? As in not in your app drawer? Have you tried installing it again?

Have you searched for it with the 'search bar' on the iphone? What happens when you go to the app store and look for it? Does it say 'open'? If so, it has not vanished.

Hi @ecantarow40. Welcome on board. @SunsetRunner and @lablover55 Thanks for stopping by to help our new member.

 

@ecantarow40 I've moved your post to the iOS App board as there are more chances to get related replies here. Before anything else, let me explain that now it's required to have iOS 13+ to download the Fitbit app and use its features as described here. While you can continue using an older Fitbit app version, it may not be available to download once it's uninstalled.

 

If this doesn't apply to you, please reply back with the information requested by @SunsetRunner and @lablover55. That way, we can better understand this situation and help you out.
