Can someone help with why the app isn’t showing anything apart from Fitbit at the top? No data no nothing

I deleted the app from my phone and then reloaded it.  I was able to log back in and everything worked fine.

Mine is as well.  I've tried logging out of bluetooth as well as shutting down and restarting my phone.

I've been having the same issue since yesterday morning.  Would appreciate any info on what to do to fix without losing any data.

I am having the same issue under the "app notifications" it only shows Fitbit I have read and gone thru all trouble shooting, deleted and reinstalled the app nothing is working I just got my versa 2 yesterday.

Thanks -  i deleted and it came back BUT i had to turn off my ionic and turn back on in order for it to sync!  

Hopefully won't have any further issues!

Hi everyone! I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit app is not showing data. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved.

 

Please restart your Fitbit devices as described in this help article. After this, log out of the Fitbit app, restart your phones, open the app and log in. Finally, sync your Fitbit devices again as @DCH67 advised and see if the app shows your data properly.

 

In case the issue persists, please provide a screenshot of the blank page on the app.

I deleted the app....reloaded it (twice) and it did not help.
