I am missing data from several weeks when looking at my exercise dashboard in the app. I sync my Fitbit daily. The exercise dashboard is only showing exercise data from August 4th on. I have tried resetting my phone, the app, deleting my device from the app, and checking that my firmware is up to date. I have no idea what to do. Was there a firmware update that could have done this?

Check the data at the fitbit.com dashboard (click 'Dashboard' near top right of this page) to check if your data is really missing or if it is an app display issue.

Welcome on board @hales1327, it's nice to see you around! Thanks for confirming what @JohnnyRow asked in the previous post. If your data is being showed up on Fitbit.com web dashboard, I'd recommend doing the following:

I did all of these things, even updated the app to 2.77 as of today. Is there anything else that might cause my stats to not appear on the app? More days have disappeared since. Everything is still online but I don't want to have to log in every time I want to check the past few weeks to a month's worth of exercise.
UPDATE:
I'm also looking back through my notifications section and it's not showing anything beyond June 17th, even though I have notifications for steps, exercise, etc show up on my lock screen while exercising. (Example: Almost there! Get 1,994 steps more to hit your daily goal.)

Hello @hales1327, I hope you're doing well, thanks for taking the time to reply.
I appreciate you have come back with your findings, I sincerely apologize for the inconveniences this issue has caused you and I'll make sure to report it to our team. As long as you're able to see the information about your exercises in the online Dashboard, be sure the information will be stored in our servers.
Now, about the in-app Notifications you're mentioning, please note that these were removed some time ago due to constant feedback from Fitbit users. You should now receive these notifications as push notifications in your phone and will no longer appear in the Notifications tab in the app.
I hope this resolves your inquiry, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.

This problem has not been solved. It was first reported at least as early as 2017. A minute of searching will reveal that it is still being reported as of this month -- more than five years later. Shame on Fitbit.

I am having this issue. Just noticed it today and my Google search of the problem took me here so it seems it's still an issue. I'm glad my info is still available somewhere but annoyed that random days keep disappearing later on from the app. Wish this would get fixed.

I am experiencing the same issues. The data exists on the Fitbit web dashboard, but not on the iPhone App.
