Thanks for bringing this to our attention. To look into this, may I know the model and OS version of your phone? Do you receive an error message or is the Fitbit app icon not responding when tapping on it?
Because your post didn't mention, please give a try to the following steps:
- Check if the Fitbit app is updated.
- Force quit the Fitbit app.
- Reboot your phone.
- Try opening the Fitbit app and then log into your account.
