Fitbit app is not tracking steps on iPhone

My steps do not seem to be tracked for some days, at times it's been two weeks in a row. However random days have tracked although some look very low. I've definitely not walked 0 steps on any of these days haha

Hello @Jessicaelf, welcome aboard to our Community. I wonder if you are using only the app to track your steps or is your tracker the one who is not recording your information?

If we are talking about the app, I was looking if there is a glitch with MobileTrack, but there are no reports so far. My recommendation if the issue persists on a daily basis is to make sure your app is running on the latest versions which for iOS is 2.28.

If everything is fine with the app, try with a force quit:

1. Log out from your mobile app and double tap the home button on your iOS device. Your open apps will show on your device's screen.
2. Close the Fitbit app by swiping the app image in an upward motion.
3. Reopen the Fitbit app and log back in.

Hope this helps and let me know how it goes.
