Fitbit app is slow and not working

Hello everyone at Fitbit I am having technical issues with the app not working it’s really slow it’s not working correctly if anybody else is having this issue please comment on this page so Fitbit can see it thank you very much and have a great night

Thanks for letting me know about the Fitbit app's behavior. This shouldn't be happening so let's try some steps together:

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Verify if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  4. Reboot your phone.
  5. Log back in to your account and monitor its behavior.

If you continue having the same issue, please let me know your phone's model and iOS version so I can look into this matter.

Thanks for replying back with your phone's details. Upon checking you have the iPhone 11 Pro Max which is part of the compatible devices list. That said, may I know if you've tried the steps posted above? If not, please give them a try and let me know how the Fitbit app behaves afterwards.
