Fitbit app is stuck on a blank screen

Since I updated the fitbit app all I am getting is blank white screen? I’ve turned my phone off and on but that hasn’t sorted the problem.

Hi there @FiggyU24, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for sharing the details about the issue with the Fitbit app. 

I recommend giving a minute or two for the app to load. If this doesn't help, please uninstall the Fitbit app, restart your phone and install the Fitbit app.
