Keep getting message Fitbit not synced. Bluetooth is on in settings on my iPhone and says that the Fitbit is connected. Takes ages to transfer data from Fitbit to phone app. I hold phone in the same hand as I wear the Fitbit. Maybe 5 inches between them

Thanks for the details provided in your post. I recommend you to check that your phone is updated to the latest iOS version and try the tips from this help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

 

On a side note, I moved your post to the iOS board to keep the Community organized.
