Since latest SW update (4.12), phone app is very unreliable. Quite often it is completely unresponsive and locks up.

@EMajc Thanks for taking the time to share these details. Because this isn't the behavior that we expect from the Fitbit app, I went ahead and escalated this to our team so they can get it resolved.
I'm sorry for any inconveniences this may have caused, and please know that I'll update this thread with more information once it's available.

Thank you for your patience regarding this situation. I wanted to let you know that our team recently released a new version of the Fitbit app. Because it's progressively rolling out to all our members, you may not have it available yet. However, please make sure to install it once you see it on the App Store and don't hesitate to let me know if the Fitbit app continues being unresponsive afterward.

4.13 on iOS makes this happen more frequently. Also syncing is a nightmare!
