Fitbit app keeps freezing when viewing clock faces

I have iphone X, fully updated, with a iconic fitbit, app also updated to latest version.  I go into the app to view clock faces, select a face to look at, then up in top left corner you get "<All Clocks" which you can click on to go back to the clocks to browse and select another one, except with me, after I have clocked on "all clocks" to try and go back, the app freezes and I get a blank white screen.  The only way I can get out of it is to completely close the (with iphone X swipe up) and restart the app go back to clock faces and start again.  This is very annoying when you want to browse and look at various faces before deciding which one you want to install, if I have to fully close the app each time and restart it.

The app has only just started doing this, doesn't do it on my ipad when browsing clock faces, only on my iphone X. 

I have rebooted both my iphone and fitbit doesn't make any difference, there is obviously a problem with the app their somewhere.  PLEASE FIX !!!!!!!

Hey there @Kclare, it's nice to see you here! Thanks for the steps you took in order to sort this out. Nice way to go! 

I'd recommend trying to uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app on you iPhone X. Then, please check if the app keeps crashing when viewing your clock faces. 

If it does, I would like to gather some information from you so I can check this further:

• OS version running on your device
• App version currently installed (if possible go to Account > Help to get it)
• When was the last time you updated the app.
