Fitbit app keeps logging me out.

It's been several updates to the app and STILL it doesn't keep me logged in.  It's really annoying.  Fixing this problem shouldn't be so difficult.

In the past few days  Fitbit on my iPhone 6S has required me to log in almost every day. Previously I had been logged in automatically for the the nine months   I’ve owned a Charge2.  How do I go back  to staying logged in permanently?

Hello @Mathpup and @Paulmcf, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, Are you currently running version 2.41 or 2.41.1 in the Fitbit app? (go to Account > Help to check the version). If you're running version 2.41, please update the app and monitor it for the next 24 hours to check if you're getting logged out again. If you have already updated, it's possible the app will log you out one more time but it should not do it again.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.

I too am having this problem.  iOS version 11.0.2 on an iPhone 7+ and Fitbit version 2.41.1

My issue is every one to two days the Fitbit app stops syncing and when I force quit the app and start it back up - I am forced to sign in to the app using my Fitbit credentials.

I have the lastest updates (version).  Tried everything from shutting down, etc. Annoying issue still not resolved.

I am in the same boat.  2.41.1, latest iOS, 11.0.2 I think, iphone 8+.  Logs me out about once/day.

I'm at FitBit app 2.41.1 on an iPhone 6, iOS Version 10.3.3.  Still having the problem; have had to log in twice so far this morning.  Ridiculous!  The nifty Charge 2 that I got recently doesn't do half the things it's supposed to when the app isn't logged in.

I have a Flex 2 and am running the Fitbit 2.41.1 (723) on iOS 11.0.2 on an iPhone 6.  I've been having this same issue for about a week or two now.

I'm having the same issue.  Within the past week, there have been probably 5 or 6 times I've gone into the app to check status in one of the Challenges I'm in, only to find I have to log in again.  It's pretty frustrating.

iPhone 6

iOS 11.0.2

iOS Fitbit App 2.41.1 (723)

and I use a Flex 2 tracker

I am running app version 2.41.1 on an iPhone 6 with iOS version 11.0.2. The app has been randomly logging me out. This is particularly annoying when it logs me out in the middle of tracking my walks. I have screen shots to confirm this.

I'm seeing this in version 2.41.1 on iOS 10. Upgrading to iOS 11 isn't an option until it is stable.
