Fitbit app logs me out

My Fitbit one (my third) syncs great with my iPhone, but no longer shows up on my iMac. I think this could be due to the new iOS 11 upgrade. How do I fix the problem?

I fixed the problem by shutting down my iPhone and turning it back on. When the iPhone booted back up, it required me to log in on my fit bit app. That is something new and annoying since the upgrade. It there any way to stay permanently logged in?

@joncan Welcome to the Fitbit family! I moved you post to the iOS Board as there are more chances for you to receive an answer to your inquiry here. I'm glad you were able to fix that problem. Thanks for sharing your workaround with the Community.

This is strange. That issues was fixed with the new update of the app (version 2.41). Is it logging you out every time? Try logging out from the app, rebooting your phone, and logging back in. That could help.

Thanks for reporting this. Keep me posted!
