First I love my Fitbit, and have had several units. However app has a terrible thing about it. If I have my Fitbit app on my phone it often opens the premium purchase screen when it in my pocket. Today when I took my phone out of the pocket and put my finger on the touch ID button, I did not realize that my phone had gotten all the way to purchase subscription. Without me realizing it paid for a yearly $79 subscription! I have asked Apple for a refund, but I am so angry at Fitbit. WHY IS A LITTLE BUTTON TO PURCHASE A PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTION ON THE MAIN SCREEN! If I do not receive a refund this long time Fitbit user will be switching to a competitor.
