My Charge 3 wont sync with my iPhone. It loses time and then the phone says device not found and won’t connect to it I’ve deleted the charge 3 from the app, deleted the app and done everything that it says to do?

For the last few days, when I try to sync my Charge 3 to my Fitbit app on my iPhone, I get the message Device not found so I reboot my Fitbit and then it syncs fine the rest of the day until the next morning. Any ideas why I now have to reboot the Fitbit everyday? It also then doesn’t have the sleep score.

I’ve had my versa light for 1 year now. It died yesterday and after I charged it back up, my phone and Fitbit app wouldn’t recognize it anymore.
I have shut down and restarted the app, restarted my watch and restarted my phone. I’ve removed it from my recognized Bluetooth and tried to add it back (it can’t be found) and done the same on the Fitbit app. I’m lost on what to do. I love my Fitbit so much, working out without it has been so sad!!!

This morning I received the message "Device cannot be found" on both my iPhone and my iPad. I went online and attempted everything that was suggested. No luck.
My Flex is fully charged as is my two Apple devices.
My operating systems are also up to date.
Dpes anyone else have this problem or know of a solution that has not been posted?
Thanks

Hi everyone. It's great ti see you here in the forums and welcome to our new members. I'm sorry for the delayed response and let me help you with the syncing issues.
@LorraineK68 and @Stacybrs1, thanks for the information provided and the time taken o troubleshoot your Fitbit devices prior posting. I know how you're feeling about not being able to sync your data and while checking your details I was told by our Support team that you've created a case with them. Please follow their recommendations and if you have any other question, don't hesitate to let me know.
@mochabear, @RedHedd, @Annettemarinka and @Blackdogdavey, thanks for sharing that your Fitbit devices are also not being able to sync. You did a good job with the troubleshooting steps! Even though you've tried some steps, let me suggest to give one last try to the following in the given order:
By the way, I’ve moved some of your posts to this new thread so we can keep our forums organized.
Let me know how everything goes.

As stated in our PMs, none of those steps worked, but I was happy to see that you FINALLY admitted the problem is on your end. So we're all impatiently waiting for you to fix the problem with the next app update.

I’ve had the same problem with my Versa Lite and IPhone. Back in December after the IOS upgrade it first started not syncing/device not found issue. After multiple chats with support and going through all the troubleshooting there was NOTHING else that they could suggest other than keep my devices updated. It was an apart issue with the IOS and device compatibility, even though friends of mine with Versa and IPhones were not having any trouble like I was with the syncing issues... Fast forward a few months and my Versa Lite all of a sudden began syncing and staying connected to the Bluetooth just fine! For about a good couple months so I was thrilled thinking they must have worked out the bugs! I enjoyed this for about two good months then interesting enough around the time the big pandemic started it has decided to go back to its old ways. Will not sync the Bluetooth is not locating the device and can’t even rely on it as a watch because it will run 10-20 minutes behind. I’m still wearing it as it still is tracking my steps and heart rate but still I’m not able to get all the real time functionality of the device. The only time it eventually does sync is when it’s plugged into the charger.

Yup. The clock is losing more time each day, but I keep wearing it because it is tracking steps and hopefully when it does finally sync, the stats will catch up.

I am having the same problems with syncing my iPad and iPhone after installing both the software update from apple and the last update from Fitbit. I followed all the steps in the help article and also the steps you provided above. I finally got it syncing last night, but now this morning it is not working again. What should I do now ?

I am having the same problem. I too did everything suggested, and it worked last night. Today it does not work again. No way I am going through all those steps every day. For me, the issue started after I got a new phone. However, when it didn’t sync again this morning, I figured it had to be more than that. Please help!

I have done everything that you and the help articles have suggested. This morning I finally got my tracker to sync by removing it from the app and then reinstalling it. It worked....but only temporarily. Then, it goes back to not finding the tracker again! This is happening repeatedly.
This only started after the iOS software update was installed a couple of days ago, I also just installed the new Fitbit update.
There are multiple people on the forums that are having the same issue with iPhone or iPad.
I love by Fitbit and about to order the new Charger 4, but am reconsidering since I can’t get this issue fixed. This is some glitch in the software updates and needs to be resolved by Fitbit.

At first my Versa stopped syncing and it started losing time so that it would say 10 am when it was 2 pm. It was very frustrating as I am used to using it as a watch. When I tried to sync, the app said "No Device Found". I tried to reset it following the directions, deleting and reinstalling the app, turning the bluetooth off and on, turning the Versa off then on. Nothing worked. I did a factory reset and I still can't get it to find my device. I've been working on this issue for 2 days now. This isn't the first time I've had this problem and getting it back to working order is always a big time-consuming ordeal. I don't have time for this. I have an iphone 7 plus with software version 13.6.1
