I have been trying to resolve the issue of the iOS Fitbit app not storing or showing historical heart-rate data from my Charge HR for nearly a year now with no success. It will show real-time heart rate mostly, yet despite that, historical data and the graphs are unavailable rendering the HR feature useless.
I have tried suggested fixes in these forums including setting the iPhone and Fitbit date/time to 24 hour mode, wiping app data, removing the device (Charge HR) uninstalling and reinstalling. None of these have resolved the issue and there is lack of acknowledgement from Fitbit, so it needs investigating.

Hi, @SomeOneNamedBen. That's really frustrating. When you tap on a specific day, does it download or just nothing? That's how mine sometimes works.
