Fitbit app keeps saying unable to install more apps

Hey

i keep getting a message appear saying “we were unable to update/install one or more apps. Please try again”. I have tried restarting my phone and going in to settings going to system info and clear data and all that did was mess up the Bluetooth and I had to restart the process again but still keep getting the message coming up all the time 🙄

It is most likely the apps on the device. Go to "Today" in the app → Tap upper left icon → Tap Charge 6 → Tap Gallery → Tap Apps and check if any of them need to be updated / granted permissions

Having this exact issue, and considering you're also having the same ECG issue as me, I do wonder if it's linked.

Yes that’s what I’m thinking. I did what the above said checked all permissions and they are there but a pop up quickly appeared on the ecg one, so sounds like it’s linked.
