Unfortunately, I think a recent iPhone Fitbit app update broke it similar to how it is broken on the Android phones 😞

This is kind of ridiculous. I wish they'd acknowledge and address it.

well i looked at my heart range for today and now i can see current heart rate. That’s weird. But i saw it briefly earlier today too. Making it so hard for us. Shouldn’t be this hard

Recovery Runner,
Yes frustrating. I actually got it up & going then closed it out & it was gone again. To get it going I mess around in the heart data and press “back” and it’s there, then later gone again. Not sure what I’ve done but succeeded a couple times. Now it’s stuck on 72. Some kind of glitch. I don’t think we should have to be their testers! I never converted to Google so maybe that’s the game.

Hi there, @LindyIndy and @fix_hr_sync.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, and sharing the steps that you've tried prior to posting. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. This isn't the type of experience that we want you to have and your feedback is appreciated.

Let me clarify that the issue with the real time heart rate not displayed on the iOS app was already escalated to our team and resolved with the 4.04 version. If you recently installed this version, try rebooting your phone and check your details one more time to see how it goes.

@fix_hr_sync I noticed you're having a similar issue but with an Android device. Because you already shared your feedback in this other thread, please reply back with the requested information so we can further investigate what may be occurring.

By the way, I've moved this thread to the iOS App board so we can keep the forums organized.
