I purchased my Fitbit a few years ago. I love using it to watch my sleeping patterns and to see how many hours I got of sleep. I wake up this morning go to my app on my iphone6 and it made me re-login like I was a new user with a new watch. I logged in and it put me through the process like it was a new watch butttt, it’s still had my profile information, but all my sleeping info was gone, even my friends... and now it’s sending me emails for first-time badges etc. . I want all my old information back on there what happened ??

I'm sorry to hear that the Fitbit app seems to have logged you out of it. Thanks for what you tried to log back in. I'd like to help you out.
This is not something very common to happen but it does happen every now and then that the Fitbit app will log you out of it. Now, what's important is to be careful when logging back in. You don't want to tap on the "Join Fitbit" option but on the Log in option because the first one will have you create a new profile which is what seems to have happened here.
My recommendation would be to log out of the app and then, tap on Log In and make sure you use the email address and password that you were using before in the case you might have two email addresses. This way, you will be back at your old account and all your previously recorded information should be there.
