Hi ,
I have seen quite a few threads on this matter , and whenever I tried to open a live chat to talk about it I was always disconnected on.
My Fitbit use to show me my intensity levels every 15 minutes which made it very easy to tell when are where I was burning calories and my active minutes. Now that you have taken it away , it is so frustrating to try and figure it out. I’m not sure why if such a huge majority who use a Fitbit and want the tracking back every 15 minutes , it cannot be done. It was one of the main reasons I chose to buy a Fitbit was for that , and now it is just gone.

Getting loads of reply’s to people on this topic, everyone At Fitbit saying updates are made to improve the functionality. This is clearly against that mindset completely and clearly Fitbit don’t want to do anything about bringing it back. I’ve been told it’s available on the website dashboard. It is and that dashboard is in the politest terms very clunky and I want it it the app I don’t want to go on the website. Also been told that If there are many comments on it then Fitbit will do something about it. Well clearly they aren’t. I think this is just a way of gradually introducing things that were available to customers when they bought their devices to the chargeable premium service. I replaced my Fitbit that just malfunctioned after 2 years with another Fitbit and now wish I hadn’t bothered!
