Hello,
Title
Feedback / Bug in iOS Fitbit app - Categorization recents list not adding exercise names with two words
Description
When using the feature to categorise a completed sport session, the list of RECENT sports presented never includes those where the name of the sport comprises two or more words. E.g. “squash” or “running” is in recently used list. But “table tennis” or “lawn mowing” is NOT and will never appear.
Can this bug be investigated and fixed in a future release of the iOS Fitbit app please?
Thanks,
Nev

Welcome to the Community Forums @Nev456.
Thanks for the details shared on your post about the exercise list.
Please note that a new version for the Fitbit app was just released, so you can review if that version is already available for you. For more information, see How do I use the Fitbit app?
In case the issue persists, I recommend trying the following:
- Log out from the Fitbit app.
- Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
- Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
Hope this helps.

Hello Cindy,
Thanks, but did you report this bug to your development team?
It won’t get fixed unless they know about it.
Kind Regards,
Nev

Hello again,
it is a more than a year since I fed back this bug to Fitbit team. It still exists, nobody at Fitbit appears to have tried to reproduce it or understand the issue (despite that the issue is 100% reproducible and repeatable) and there were no further communications.
Sadly, my attempt to help Fitbit was clearly pointless.

Going to check this next time I exercise. Depending on how the Recents list gets its data, this should be very simple for the developers to address.
I’ve been on and off here for two years. It’s clearly more about community support among users rather than users to developers. The inappropriate boilerplate responses are annoying.
