Fitbit app not loading

On my phone, whenever I open it it will just stay on the Fitbit screen

Thanks for the details shared in your post. I recommend trying the following:

 

- Uninstall the Fitbit app.

- Restart your phone.

- Re-install the Fitbit app. 

 

Additionally, I recommend checking if your Fitbit device is updated to the latest version as updates come with new features and bug fixes: How do I update my Fitbit device?
