Fitbit app not registering an activity

Hi all,

anyone else having issue where they start activity in Fitbit app and it doesn’t register after to end the activity?

I just did a 5k walk and I started the activity on my verse 4 and on my app and the activity only shows my verse 4 in the app not the activity I started in the app.

@Gumbaman   I can't help you with your issue.  But I can say that you should not track an activity with your device and the phone app at the same time.  The usual result is duplicate data.
