Fitbit app not tracking heart rate but Fitbit Sense 2 is

I just got the sense 2 yesterday and the Fitbit app isn’t keeping track of my hear rate through the day I can just see what is it currently. The Fitbit is recording it and tracking through the day just not showing in the app. Any advice would be appreciated.

@NATALIE6780   I use an iPhone and my Fitbit app is v 4.39.  I don't have any issues seeing my heart rate graph.  What do you see when you tap on your heart rate tile (or icon if you have it among your top stats)?

This is what shows up when I click on the heart rate tab. I have updated the app, my phone and the watch but nothing has changed.
